Your request is effective for future billing when it reaches our support inbox. We confirm cancellation by email. Access and support continue until the end of the paid period, then membership access ends. Future renewals stop.
A charge after cancellation?
If a renewal was charged after we received your request, contact us to correct it. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier payments; see our refund policy.
